Una persona media riceve oltre 100 notifiche al giorno, creando un costante stato di interruzione digitale che, come \u00e8 scientificamente dimostrato, riduce la produttivit\u00e0 e aumenta lo stress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Ma ho scoperto un modo migliore. gestione manuale delle notifiche non \u00e8 sostenibile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>La soluzione:<\/strong>\u00a0Utilizzate le funzioni di messa a fuoco integrate per un'interruzione non necessaria?<\/li>\n<li class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Cosa posso disattivare o modificare?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">In questo modo si evita di retrocedere e si mantiene il sistema ottimizzato.<\/p>\n<h4>La trasformazione: Prima e dopo<\/h4>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Prima:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Commutazione costante del contesto<\/li>\n<li class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">2-3 ore al giorno perse per la gestione delle notifiche<\/li>\n<li
