Uno strumento che non richiede pillole, n\u00e9 attrezzature speciali e che pu\u00f2 far passare silenziosamente il vostro corpo da \"lotta o fuga\" a \"riposo e digestione\" in meno di un minuto?<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u00c8 cos\u00ec. <strong>Si chiama metodo di respirazione 4-7-8 ed \u00e8 uno dei pi\u00f9 potenti rimedi per il sonno mai scoperti e scientificamente provati.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Cos'\u00e8 questa magia e perch\u00e9 funziona?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Sviluppata dal dottor Andrew Weil, la tecnica 4-7-8 si basa su un'antica pratica yogica chiamata\u00a0<em>pranayama<\/em>\u00a0(controllo del respiro). \u00c8 ingannevolmente semplice, ma il suo potere risiede nell'impatto diretto sul sistema nervoso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Ecco la scienza di base: quando si \u00e8 stressati o ansiosi, si attiva il sistema nervoso simpatico (il \"pedale del gas\"). La frequenza cardiaca aumenta, l'adrenalina scorre e la respirazione diventa rapida e superficiale.
