Lo tienes. <strong>Se llama la Regla de los Dos Minutos, y est\u00e1 a punto de cambiar tu vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente la regla de los dos minutos?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">La Regla de los Dos Minutos es un concepto central del legendario libro de productividad de David Allen, Getting Things Done (GTD). Su belleza reside en su asombrosa sencillez. Nuestro cerebro primitivo est\u00e1 programado para ahorrar energ\u00eda y evitar posibles molestias. Una tarea grande e indefinida se siente como una amenaza: es incierta, dif\u00edcil y desalentadora. Esto activa la am\u00edgdala, la se\u00f1al de alarma del cerebro, que nos hace buscar el alivio inmediato y f\u00e1cil de las distracciones (\u00a1hola, las redes sociales!).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">La regla de los dos minutos evita todo este sistema.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Hace que la tarea no resulte amenazadora:<\/strong>\u00a0Dos minutos es demasiado poco para dar miedo. Tu cerebro no tiene tiempo de oponer una resistencia a gran escala. \"S\u00f3lo dos minutos\" parece trivial, as\u00ed que la am\u00edgdala se queda quieta.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Aprovecha el poder del efecto Zeigarnik:<\/strong>\u00a0Este principio psicol\u00f3gico afirma que las personas recuerdan mejor las tareas no completadas o interrumpidas que las completadas. Una vez que empiezas una tarea, aunque sea durante dos minutos, tu cerebro se engancha a terminarla.
